The website only collects the information you enter in the booking request form: name, phone, email, date, number of people and message. It is used only to answer your request and is never passed on to third parties.

Retention

Requests are kept while they are being handled, then deleted at the latest one year after the last exchange.

Under the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@lamitoulousain.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Links to Google Maps open Google's website, which has its own rules.
