Lourdes' garbure, a short walk from the Sanctuary
L'Ami Toulousain serves traditional regional cooking in a small, warm 30-seat dining room, 100 metres from the Sanctuary, on the Saint-Michel gate side. The star of the menu is garbure, the signature dish of Lourdes and Bigorre, the one people ate every day in Bernadette's time.
